CEO outlines future roadmap, new innovations for Malaysian market<\/em><\/p>

Malaysia (6 October 2024)<\/strong> \u2013 MIHCM Asia Sdn Bhd showcased its latest AI-powered HR solutions to thousands of people at a key HR conference in Malaysia while also conducting a \u2018MIHCM Asia Connect\u2019 event at its KL headquarters in the same week.<\/p>

The leading HR tech solutions provider participated in the National Human Capital Conference and Exhibition (NHCCE 2024) from 30 September to 2 October, where MIHCM Asia\u2019s experts showcased how the company\u2019s cutting-edge solutions could turbo boost productivity, deliver unparalleled insights, and transform HR processes.<\/p>

SmartAssist, SmartInsights Payroll, and Learning Management solutions were at the forefront at the exhibition, while MIHCM\u2019s other key products were also spotlighted.<\/p>

Held at MITEC Kuala Lumpur, NHCCE 2024, the flagship event by HRD Corp, explored the impact of AI on the future of work and the workforce.<\/p>

On 3 October, MIHCM showcased its latest Data & AI innovations to key clients and partners at an exclusive \u2018MIHCM Asia Connect\u2019 event.<\/p>

Addressing the gathering, MIHCM Founder\/CEO Harsha Purasinghe said: \u201cThank you for joining us to explore the future of HR with MiHCM today, as we unveil something very exciting for the Malaysian market, showcasing the work of our formidable, Microsoft-certified Data & AI team. The company\u2019s experts then presented on the cutting-edge innovations:<\/p>

  • SmartAssist for Recruitment, which transforms talent acquisition with intelligent tools<\/li>
  • SmartInsights, which provides data-driven insights to enable informed HR decision-making<\/li>
  • MiHCM digital signing solutions, which provide secure and efficient document signing for the modern workforce<\/li><\/ul>

    Expanding on the Data & AI offerings, the MIHCM CEO emphasised that the world had entered a new era of AI, and that the company\u2019s Data & AI team was more than capable of building solutions to solve complex HR\/work issues using AI capabilities.<\/p>
