MiHCM, a global AI-powered HR and workforce technology provider, has entered into a strategic partnership with Andersen Consulting Cambodia to deliver integrated HR technology and advisory services to businesses in Cambodia.<\/p>

The agreement, which was formally signed in Cambodia on 26 February, marks a significant milestone in advancing digital workforce transformation in the country.<\/p>

Through this partnership, organisations will gain access to MiHCM\u2019s end-to-end HR, payroll, and AI-driven workforce management solutions, combined with Andersen\u2019s expertise in business strategy and corporate advisory services.<\/p>

MiHCM\u2019s presence in Cambodia is not new. The company has been operating in the market since 2019 through its collaboration with VDB Loi, which subsequently established a consulting arm that is part of the Andersen Consulting global network.<\/p>

This partnership therefore represents both continuity and expansion, strengthening an established footprint under the Andersen brand while deepening the integration between HR technology and advisory services.<\/p>
