DHAKA, Bangladesh \u2013 July 2026: <\/strong>MiHCM, a leading enterprise HR and payroll technology provider operating across more than 22 countries in Asia, announced the promotion of Anwar Parves to Country Manager for Bangladesh, effective 1 July 2026.<\/p>

The visit and appointment come at a pivotal time for Bangladesh\u2019s digital economy. The country\u2019s ICT Division, working with the United Nations Development Programme, has set out a National Digital Transformation Strategy that prioritises AI-driven public and private sector digitisation between 2025 and 2030, alongside continued growth in ICT-enabled sectors such as manufacturing and ready-made garments.<\/p>

This national push towards digitisation and AI adoption underpins the growing demand among Bangladeshi enterprises for intelligent, AI-powered HR and payroll platforms that can support compliance, workforce planning and productivity at scale.<\/p>
