- Brings personalised learning, modern content delivery, assessments, course management, governance and analytics together in one platform
- Skills-based foundation links courses, learning pathways, and learner profiles
- Now available to customers across all MiHCM regions
October 2026: MiHCM, a leading enterprise HR and payroll technology company, has launched a new skills-based Learning Management System (LMS) that personalises learning for each employee while giving organisations stronger governance and clearer insight into learning effectiveness. The platform is now available to customers across all MiHCM regions.
The launch marks the evolution of its former Ziksa learning platform into a more connected learning and development experience, built around how organisations develop skills and how employees learn today.

The new platform is built around four priorities: a more personalised experience for learners, simpler course creation with stronger governance for administrators, deeper analytics on learning effectiveness, and a skills-based foundation that links learning to roles and career growth.
Personalisation begins as soon as a learner gets started. A new onboarding journey captures each learner’s goals, preferences, strengths, interests, and preferred pace. Learning archetypes, including Achiever, Explorer, Visionary, and Pathfinder, then shape the experience, while a personalised dashboard recommends learning based on factors such as the learner’s strengths and future growth directions.
“Learning only creates value when it builds the skills people and organisations actually need, and too often it stops at simply making courses available. With the new MiHCM LMS, we are connecting learning to each employee’s goals, strengths, and career direction, while giving organisations the governance and insight to manage it at scale. The result is a learning experience that is simpler for employees, more manageable for organisations, and designed to become increasingly intelligent over time,” said MiHCM Group CEO Harsha Purasinghe.
A learning experience designed around the learner
The new LMS has been designed to reduce friction between discovering learning and completing it.
From their personalised dashboard, learners can browse the course catalogue, see assigned and enrolled courses, track their progress, and resume learning already underway. Before a learner begins, course pages set out learning outcomes, skills, suitable roles, difficulty, duration, assessments, and certification.
Video, audio, and text content are brought together in a unified course player. Learners can take personal notes, including notes tied to specific points in supported media. They can view transcripts and jump to the corresponding moment in video or audio, access supporting resources, and track progress at lesson, module, and course level.
Assessments are built into the learning journey rather than sitting outside it. Organisations can add quizzes at module or course level, run them timed or untimed, and score them using scoring matrices. Supported question types are evaluated automatically, and configurable feedback and explanations help learners understand their results. The platform also supports surveys.
Organisations can choose whether each course awards a certificate. Learners can access every certificate they have earned, and certificate verification details can be shared so that their achievements can be confirmed.
Simpler course creation with stronger governance
MiHCM has also redesigned the experience for instructors and learning administrators.
A structured course builder guides creators through defining course information, modules, lessons, assessments, instructors, and completion requirements. Courses can remain as drafts during development before moving through controlled review and publishing workflows.
When a published course needs updating, course versioning lets organisations make changes while preserving historical course records and managing the effect of updates on learners. Reviews and approvals follow a controlled process, and administrative changes, approvals, status updates and user actions are all traceable.
A central content library lets teams organise reusable documents, videos, images, presentations, audio and other learning resources. The same resource can be reused across courses without uploading duplicate copies.
Greater visibility into learning effectiveness
The new LMS gives administrators a broader view of learning participation and performance.
Dashboards surface measures including course enrolment and completion, average completion rates, time to completion, engagement trends, and learner drop-off. Course analytics extend to module, lesson and question-level performance, while assessment analytics track attempts and learner patterns. Individual learner views show progress, completion status, scores, certificates, and learning history.
The platform also introduces a skills-based foundation, connecting skills with courses, learning pathways, and learner profiles to support more relevant development opportunities. Role and designation mapping links work roles with relevant learning and skills.
Part of the MiHCM experience
The LMS forms part of MiHCM’s broader approach to employee and talent technology. MiHCM has already moved its own workforce onto the new platform, onboarding employees through the new learning experience, personalised dashboard, and course catalogue.
“We moved our own people onto the new LMS first. The best proof of a learning platform is using it to develop your own team and that experience has shaped what we are now bringing to our customers,” said Purasinghe.
The MiHCM LMS is now available to customers across all MiHCM regions, enabling organisations to incorporate learning and development into their broader employee experience.
The move from Ziksa to the MiHCM LMS is more than a change of name. By bringing learning delivery, personalisation, assessments, certification, content governance, analytics, and skills development into one platform, it helps organisations make learning an integrated part of how their people grow.
MiHCM is a leading enterprise HR and payroll technology company delivering cloud-based human capital management solutions to organisations in over 20 countries in Asia, including Malaysia, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam, Singapore, Bangladesh, and the Maldives.
“With the new MiHCM LMS, we are connecting learning to each employee’s goals, strengths, and career direction, while giving organisations the governance and insight to manage it at scale. The result is a learning experience that is simpler for employees, more manageable for organisations, and designed to become increasingly intelligent over time”
