Marianne David is a Media and Communications professional based in Sri Lanka, with 25 years of experience and drives Content and Communication at MiHCM.
She has worked at several media houses prior to joining MiHCM and continues to contribute to mainstream print media as a Consultant Editor. Marianne was awarded Gold for Leadership Excellence in Media and Corporate Communication 2014/2015 at the ‘Women for Governance’ Professional & Career Women Awards by Women in Management. She is an avid reader, writer, and poet.
Harsha Purasinghe is a technology entrepreneur and Eisenhower Fellow with three decades of experience building significant software products and solutions. He has founded multiple ventures, including Microimage Group – arguably Sri Lanka’s most successful high school startup from the ’90s – and is the Founder/Co-Founder of ventures MiHCM and Futura Tech Labs.
He also founded WSO2Mobile. Purasinghe currently leads MiHCM, a global HRTech SaaS company with a presence in over 20 markets, impacting 1,000+ companies. Purasinghe received the ‘Most Outstanding Entrepreneur in the ICT Industry of Sri Lanka’ awards in 2007 and ‘Eisenhower Innovation Fellowship’ in 2014. Under Purasinghe’s leadership as Group CEO, MiHCM has been recognised with key global awards. As a highly respected industry leader, Purasinghe regularly addresses global events.
Uzma Alimudeen is a Marketing Specialist with over seven years of experience in driving strategic marketing initiatives across the tech and SaaS sectors. At MiHCM, she focuses on go-to-market strategy, customer lifecycle marketing, and digital campaigns that support brand growth and demand generation.
With a strong background in tech marketing, Uzma brings a practical, results-driven approach to building scalable marketing strategies. Outside of work, she enjoys quality time with her family and getting lost in a good book with an iced coffee in hand.
Sinnathamby Shanmugarajah is a visionary technology leader and academic, currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer of MiHCM. With nearly three decades of experience, he has led transformative initiatives in software architecture, enterprise platforms, mobile technologies, FinTech, AI, cloud, cybersecurity, and digital innovations.
Renowned for his strategic foresight and technical depth, he drives digital transformation strategies that empower organisations across industries, while also shaping the next generation of technology professionals through his academic contributions. He has made notable contributions to the advancement of local language technologies, helping bridge the digital divide and enabling more inclusive access to innovation.
